October 29, 2026. From visionary artistic leadership to expanded organizational expertise, Conejo Valley Choral Society (CVCS) continues to grow its commitment to bringing exceptional choral music to audiences throughout the Conejo Valley and beyond.
Meet Our New Artistic Director and Conductor: Dr. Ryan Board
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Ryan Board as CVCS’s new Artistic Director and Conductor. An internationally recognized conductor, choral artist, and educator, Dr. Board serves as Director of Choral Activities at Pepperdine University, directing its Concert Choir and Chamber Choir.
With extensive experience spanning Baroque masterworks to contemporary choral-orchestral music, Dr. Board brings exceptional musical expertise and artistic vision to CVCS.
We look forward to the inspiration and artistry he will bring to our singers and audiences!
Meet Our New Executive Director: Alex Tseitlin
CVCS is excited to welcome Alex Tseitlin as Executive Director. Alex is an accomplished violinist, conductor, composer, film director, and music educator with extensive experience in both artistic and organizational leadership.
He currently leads the California Young Artists Symphony and serves as Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Lyceum Oaks Youth Orchestra. Alex brings a valuable combination of musical excellence, educational leadership, and organizational expertise to CVCS.
